Viewing and Requesting the Catalog Items

The VMware Aria Automation Items page displays the list of catalog items entitled to the user. User can create a request for catalog items.
You must have the required roles assigned to view the Service Portal. See Adding the ServiceNow User Roles.
  1. Log in to ServiceNow.
  2. Go to
    Self Service > Service Catalog
    .
  3. Click
    VMware Aria Automation Items
    .
    The
    VMware Aria Automation Items
    page opens the catalog items related categories.
  4. Click the desired Project to view the catalog items.
  5. Select the required catalog item to request.
  6. Fill in all mandatory fields and click
    Order Now
    .
