Installation of
You can install the from ServiceNow Store. The installation is free, you must have a valid VMware Aria Automation product license. If you have previously installed the , then you can skip this topic.
- You must have access to the ServiceNow Store.
- You must be the system administrator in ServiceNow.
- Theuser criteria scoped API plug-inmust be installed. For details, see Install the user criteria scoped API plug-in.
- A data source choice list must be created. See Create a Data Source Choice in ServiceNow.
- Log in to the ServiceNow Store https://store.servicenow.com/.
- Search for .
- Click the application to view the details. In the top-right corner of the form, clickManage Entitlements.
- Select the ServiceNow instances to install the application. ClickOK.The application is now available on the selected ServiceNow instances for installation.
- Log in to the ServiceNow instance as a system administrator.
- In the left pane, click .
- Search for the .
- ClickInstall.
- SelectInstall with demo data, and complete the installation.The application is successfully installed message displays.Demo data is responsible for importing groups, table records, schedule jobs, and system properties related to an application. Selecting the demo data check box is mandatory. If the check box is not selected, then a new demo installation cannot be completed and affects the application flow.
