RecoveryPlanGetLocation
method checks whether the recovery plan is hosted locally or on the paired
site.

String RecoveryPlanGetLocation()
The method returns the
localToRecoverySite, notLocalToRecoverySite, unknownLocationNoPgs, and
unknownLocation Strings.

| The recovery plan instance is a peer of
the recovery site instance.

unknownLocationNoPgs
| The recovery plan instance has no
protection groups. A plan with no protection groups is not local to either
site.

unknownLocation | The location of the recovery plan instance is not known. |
