Troubleshooting
If you encounter problems accessing your SDDC, troubleshoot your routing issues by performing the
following:
- Firewall rules: Ensure that the firewall rules are working as configured. Validate if the firewall rules between the host machine located within your network and your SDDC are not blocking the access to the SDDC. For more information, see Set Up the Management Gateway Firewall Rules.
- Ping test: Issue a ping test from the host machine located within your network to the private IP address.
- Trace route: Issue a trace route from the host machine located within your network to the IP address and ensure that the routing is according to the configuration.
