InstallSelfSignedCertificate
This method installs self-signed certificate, reconfigures the Site Recovery Manager
if already configured, and restarts the proxy service. If you encounter an error while
using this method, ignore the error and then reconnect to the management
service.

object that should be used to sign the certificate. CsrData
is a data
