Edit a Single Sign-On Source

Edit a single sign-on source if you need to change the administrator credentials used to manage the single sign-on source, or if you have changed the host of the source.
When you configure an SSO source, you specify either the IP address or the FQDN of the host machine where the single sign-on server resides. If you want to configure a new host, that is, if the single sign-on server resides on a different host machine than the one configured when the source was set up,
VMware Aria Operations
removes the current SSO source, and creates a new source. In this case, you must reimport the users you want to associate with the new SSO source.
If you want to change the way the current host is identified in
VMware Aria Operations
, for example, change the IP address to the FQDN and the reverse, or update the IP address of the PSC if the IP address of the configured PSC has changed,
VMware Aria Operations
updates the current SSO source, and you are not required to reimport users.

  2. From the left menu, click
