Manage the access to a specific data solution instance

You can control the access to your data solutions by granting or removing access to tenant users.
Verify that your role has
Full Control
 rights.

Grant access to a specific data solution instance

You can provide access to your data solutions by granting specific access levels to the users.
  1. Log in to
    VMware Cloud Director extension for Data Solutions
     from
    VMware Cloud Director
    .
  2. Click
    Instances
    , select the instance whose access you want to manage, and click
    Manage Access
    .
  3. Click
    Manage Access
    , select the users whose access you want to modify, and select the access level.
  4. Click
    Save
    .

Remove tenant access to a specific data solution instance

You can revoke tenant access to your data solutions by removing the access in the
VMware Cloud Director extension for Data Solutions
 UI.
  1. Log in to
    VMware Cloud Director extension for Data Solutions
     from
    VMware Cloud Director
    .
  2. Click
    Instances
    , select the instance whose access you want to manage, and click
    Manage Access
    .
  3. Select the user whose access you want to remove and click
    Remove Access
    .
  4. To confirm your choice, click
    Delete
    .
