Create Pools

Pools contain the list of servers assigned to them and perform health monitoring, load balancing, persistence, and functions that involve
StoreFront
 server interaction. Pools are added to the Virtual Service (VS), where one VS points to one pool.
  1. In the
    NSX Advanced Load Balancer Controller
     management console, navigate to
    Applications
    Pools
    .
  2. In the
    New Pool
     window, enter the mandatory information in addition to the following:
    1. Default Server Port
      : Enter
      443
      .
    2. Load Balance
      : Select
      Consistent Hash
       with
      Source IP Address
       as the hash key.
    3. In the
      Health Monitors
       section, click
      Add Active Monitor
      .
    4. Select the health monitor that you created previously.
      For example, select Citrix-HTTPS.
    5. Enable SSL
      : Select the check box.
    6. SSL Profile
      : Select the SSL profile that matches your SSL configuration.
  3. Click
    Next
    .
  4. In the
    Servers
     tab, add the previously created IP Group of
    StoreFront
     servers and click
    Next
    .
  5. Navigate to
    Advanced
    Review
     and review the pool configuration.
  6. Click
    Save
    .
