Preparing Your On-Premises SDDC for
vRealize Automation
 Integration Through Your Network

To integrate
VMware Cloud on Dell
 with
vRealize Automation
 through your network, you must configure the
VMware Cloud on Dell
 environment.
  1. Log in to the VMware Cloud Services Console at https://console.cloud.vmware.com/csp/gateway/discovery.
  2. Click the
    VMware Cloud on Dell EMC
     service.
  3. Search the SDDC that you want to configure and click the SDDC name.
  4. Configure the uplink connection by clicking
    Network
    Uplink Connectivity
    .
    For more information, see Configure Uplink Connections.
  5. Switch FQDN to resolve through your private network by performing the following steps:
    1. Click
      vCenter Settings
      .
    2. Select
      via internal network only
       in the
      Access
       drop-down menu.
  6. Set up DNS forwarding to the on-premises server IP address by performing the following steps:
    1. Click
      Network
      Network & Security
      DNS
      .
    2. Click
      DNS Zones
      .
    3. Click corresponding to the
      Management Gateway Default Zone
       DNS server address that you want to configure.
    4. Edit the DNS server address in the
      DNS Servers
       text box.
  7. From your on-premises network, ensure that you can access vCenter.
