Get Help and Support

You can get help and support in using your
VMware Cloud on Dell EMC
environment.
  1. Before you contact VMware for support, have the SDDC information ready.
    1. Log in to the VMware Cloud Services Console at https://console.cloud.vmware.com/csp/gateway/discovery.
    2. Click
      VMware Cloud on Dell EMC
      service.
    3. Click the SDDC name to view the details.
    4. Click
      Support
      to view the SDDC information.
  2. Select a method for getting help or support.

    Chat with VMware Support
    . Enter your message in the chat window. You can include images by dragging them into the chat window.
    This support is available from Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM PST to 6:00 PM PST.
    Support request
    You can file a support request online or contact the VMware technical support team by phone.
