Connect Cross-Instance Segments to Cross-Instance Tier-1 Gateway

You connect the cross-instance segments in the first instance to the cross-instance tier-1 gateway you created.
  1. In a web browser, log in to Global Manager cluster at https://
    gm_vip_fqdn
    /.
  2. On the NSX Manager main navigation bar, click 
    Networking
    .
  3. In the navigation pane, select
    Segments
    .
  4. On the Segments tab, click the vertical eclipses for the
    cross-instance_nsx_segment
     and click
    Edit
    .
  5. Change the Connected Gateway from
    instance_tier1
     to
    cross-instance_tier1
    , click
    Save
    , and then click
    Close editing
    .
