Managing Incidents

On the
Troubleshooting Incidents
page, you can manage all the available incidents, start a new incident, and view a summary of all the existing incidents.
In the
Troubleshooting Incidents
page, you see the following sections:

Summary
You see:
  • A summary of all the incidents, including status, entity count for in-progress incidents, and count of top root causes.
Incidents
You see:
  • A list of all the incidents, their status, and other important information.
    You can edit, share, or delete any incidents using the corresponding
    Edit
    ,
    Share
    , and
    Delete
    button available in the action column.
    Only admin users can delete incidents created by other users. Member users can delete only the incidents that they create. Audit users cannot delete or create any incidents.
In this page, you can also create a new incident using
Start New
button.
