The Usage Report feature in Tanzu GemFire Management Console provides detailed insights into the connected cluster’s members and their computing resources, as reported by GemFire. This information is crucial for effective cluster resource management.
To generate the usage report, click the settings icon in the upper-right corner and select Usage Report. When prompted, click Generate Report.
Usage Report Contents
The Usage Report presents a tabulated view with the following columns:

Cluster Nickname: The name assigned to the GemFire cluster when connecting to the GemFire Management Console, used for identification purposes.

GemFire Version: The version of GemFire installed in the cluster.

Member Name: The name of the cluster member.

Member ID: The unique identifier assigned to the member.

Member Host: The Hostname or IP address of the machine where the member is running.

CPUs Reported: The number of CPU cores reported by GemFire for the member.
Exporting Options
Users have the flexibility to export the Usage Report in either CSV (Comma-Separated Values) or TXT (Plain Text) format. This allows for convenient storage, sharing, and further analysis of the data outside of the GemFire Management Console.
