This topic describes the Receivers view.
Use the Receivers view to view and manage a cluster’s configured Gateway Receivers.
To use the Receivers view, select a cluster from the list of those connected to Tanzu GemFire Management Console. When a cluster is selected, a table displaying the configured Gateway Receivers is displayed.
Gateway Receivers Table
The Gateway Receivers table provides insights into the receivers configured within the selected cluster including:
- Hosting Member
- Current Status of the receiver
- Receiving Port
- Number of connected senders
- Connected Senders List: (Available for clusters running GemFire 9.15 and 10.0. For clusters running 10.1+, this information is included in the additional details.)
Additional Details
In clusters running GemFire 10.1 and later, each receiver row can be expanded to reveal further details about the Gateway Receiver configuration. These additional details include up to two tables for each receiver. One table displays properties that are consistent across all hosting members, while the other table highlights properties specific to individual hosting members.
- Start Port
- End Port
- Maximum Time Between Pings
- Hostname for Senders
- Socket Buffer Size (bytes)
- Gateway Transport Filters
- Connected Senders - This may be an expandable list.
For more information about these settings, see the GemFire documentation.
Gateway Receiver Controls
The status of a gateway receiver may take a moment to synchronize within the cluster. In cases where the displayed status does not align with the expected status, use the refresh button to update the table.
